At summer time hydration is more important than ever. Making water fun and refreshing is a good way to drink it up more often. The combination of mint with lime will offer your water a refreshing new twist that will make you ask for more!
- 4-5 fresh mint leaves
- 1/2 lime
- Ice cubes
- Crush mint leaves at the bottom of the glass, squeeze 1/2 lime then add ice and water! Enjoy!
- Mint or peppermint are good ones to start with, but you can try also rosemary or lavender too. You can also add any other fruit! Citrus are a great one because they add a bit of vitamin C as well, try oranges and or mandarins.
